I doubt blaming it on the alcohol is going to cut it as an excuse. I'd buy her a big bunch of flowers, and put a note with it saying something along the lines of, you fucked up bigtime and realise she is very pissed at you and doesnt want to see you again, but the flowers are just to say sorry for any hurt you may have caused that night.
