Downtime is minimal - "no downtime" is bullshit. Of course we have downtime. But very minimal.
You do get real ftp account.
We never told that our free hosting is totally banner free - only one/two weeks.
As for putting your tgp on it - we don't allow cgi on our servers. Galleries are welcome.
You get really unlimited bandwidth and space. As bandwidth grows we add more. We have 100mbs line right now if needed we'll add more. Same goes with space.
