I'd say african americans deserve more then just a month. I mean, they were after all, taken from their homes on ships with a bunch of whitties to become slaves.. Hell, I think they should have 6 months dedicated to their history (which was fooked up so many years ago by the slave trade)...
Oh, and I don't think it has anything to do with being politicaly correct, you see, Asians and Mexicans weren't taken to the US agains their will, they came because they wanted a better life. Black folk would have probably started coming to the west sooner or later, but they were taken against their will, which means they deserve a little bit more then what they have.
