I see no reason why you can't just go on holiday and run your business as normal... It's location of operation stays the same.
If you really required a work visa to keep your business running while in another country, even though it's true physical presence doesn't not follow you into the country you visit, then by this logic, would you not also need some sort of work visa for each country you make money out of traffic that resides there... [Fuck, that'd be a lot of fucking work visa's .. (but then again, governments and countries can be pretty fucking stupid and illogical, so if in doubt, make a phone call... Get advice straight from those that are directly in the know... But it would be seriously fucked up if you did).

As for Australia, we take in shitloads of refugees,(legit ones) and the ones that are bullshited about on the news in detension centers and all that are generally just loud mouthed phoneys that sucker in stupid gullable do gooders to try to speil their bullshit in hopes of forcing the government to cave and give in to their demands to live here perminantly and then get government monies for being out of work and live it up in the sun. [We've got a pretty good unemployment, family assistance package in this country... What happens is if you get to Aussie soil your chances of getting accepted in were pretty dam good,(due to weak laws.. or RATHER TOO LENIENT) but thankfully laws are being tightened to be fair to true refugees that have made a harrowing voyage or those that went through the proper channels.
Most refugees that try to get into Australia are purely illegal, OR they are not true refugees in the sense that a true refugee would seek shelter and acceptance at the 1ST safe port of call... HOWEVER, many of these illegals claiming to be refugees BYPASS Safe ports of call,(countries) because if they can bullshit their way into our country then they can live a pretty fucking good life.
[If you wish to know how easy it is to visit Australia just ask a few asians,(from Asia, not your own locals.. "DUH".. lol) where one of their favourite destinations for a holiday is, or one of the places they would most like to visit and will soon be travelling to for a holiday... Then just grab your camera and tag along]
[Work visas are easier to obtain if you belong to one of the commonweath countries in particular New Zealand or England, but that's about it... It's easy to get in and visit Australia and very inexpensive to do so]
