Labret I noticed the problem starting on Thursday with low rebills. I emailed ibill and they told me the rebills are being processed but the data is not being imported into the cmi. Similar to the problem they had not to long ago I guess.
One thing I have noticed over the past two days is that new signups are not showing up as active members. And in the detailed revenue part if you click the member's name you get some messed up info. I'm hoping this is just a reporting error.

I have Ibill setup as the backup on one site ( not for long ). A customer e-mailed me and said when he went to the signup form it would not let him type in the fields. I checked when I got his mail and it was ok, he went back and signed up when I told him it was working again. I really honestly dont know but maybe they shut signups off temporarily ? Is it possible they are doing that from time to time ? I too have seen the roller coaster patterns in the signups. Something aint right... and with all the people dropping them wouldnt you think they would say something to their webmasters ?
