He has, he is and will keep doing it. But the Bush people still keep repeating themselves.
This is the only way Bush can win so they will call him a flip flopper over and over again until the election is over, because with the obvious people like you who do not pay attention, they usually believe it because they are to stupid to form their own opinion based on record and facts.
