ill keep bumping this thread until theres a reply in it with the reason they went down.
they say they are multi-homed, but checking their BGP announcements and also what happened 2 days ago shows me theyre not.
Im with 3 other hosts, and if something like this happened I would've gotten an apology, compensation, and the reason, without having to ask for it.
