Given the vibrancy and diversity of the English language, it would be safe to say that it's definitely still an evolving language. Accordingly, punctuation that may be deemed correct in one region may seem exotic, if not outright incorrect, in another.

But then personally I'm a stickler for spelling and grammar so I suppose I exist outside the box.
