This doesn't make much sense. To be honest, you both sound a big strange.

You're blaming her for purposefully flooding your yard and killing your horse. How did she flood your yard? Why would she have done this on purpose? (Still the "just to make someone else's life miserable" reason, with no prior incidents?) How did it kill your horse? If you're talking drowning, that's a lot of water, but if it's more like it reduce your hay harvest or the horse caught a cold or tripped in some mud, I wouldn't say she killed the horse.

If you tell a judge she killed your horse when it was an indirect effect of a possibly unintentional issue, you're going to look at least as nutty as your neighbor. Also if you think that telling the judge she looked up your 2nd phone number and left a message, and expect him to consider that "stalking," again I think you'll look crazier than your neighbor. (Unless the message itself says something really wacked out or threatening, but you said she was just telling you the time of the court date. Sounds reasonable to me!)
