It is interesting that you somehow feel insulated in the belief that the Feds would abide by the 1st Amendment and in the very next sentence talk about how the government "had to do something" about Howard Stern, when Stern's troubles originate from the exercising of his 1st Amendment rights to be critical of our government.
Its very likely that the DOJ is coming to the same conclusion that "they have to do something" about sites that have fisting, puking, gaping, cumming and throating as their main site content. I'm sure all those terms ring a bell with you being the owner of
