For example, I just sent $4500 to Tokyo to a guy whose last name I don't even know--but his nick "toho" is gold in the domain world.

Why would a guy like that run off with $4500 when he's such a big player?

I'd wire slavik or rick or six or seven other guys in a heartbeat before getting the name. I like that that's the case.



i send out multiple 5 figure wires every month. doesn't mean i 'trust' the people i'm sending out to. it just means i think it's unlikely i will end up being screwed, and that i can survive losing the money if it came to that. big difference.
