Him saying he wasn't aware of the numbers the moderator mentioned is means exactly the same thing.

Cheneys words: "Here in the United States, we've made significant progress. I have not heard those numbers with respect to African- American women. I was not aware that it was ? that they're in epidemic there, because we have made progress in terms of the overall rate of AIDS infection,"

In other words, he didn't know that many black women in America had AIDS.

Now who's spinning the bullshit?
IN OTHER WORDS, the only people breaking this down into ethnic groups is you Moore pushing fools. This question should have never been asked in such a manner. People DIE from AIDS. AIDS isn't a black problem, it isn't a white or mexican problem... Last I checked, it doesn't care about fucking skin color.

Cheney merely stated that he hasn't heard of those specific numbers, which I might add were something to the effect of "African American women from age 25 to 44 are 3 times more likely to die from AIDS..."

NOW who's spinning the bullshit? This disease is a problem, sorry to say not just amongst african american women between 25 and 44, so there is NO NEED TO READ INTO THIS STATISTIC.

Now, is it a good question, yes. Why did we spend.. I believe 15 Billion internationally on helping Africa, when we could have spent more domestically, which is what I would like to know.

Rich, I'm still waiting for my quote...
