To put it into a shorter version, millions of people are dying from AIDS, the VP has the numbers of those domestically and internationally. He DOESN'T BREAK IT DOWN INTO GROUPS. Why should he? People are DYING from AIDS, why should it concern him what color, sex or age they are? How will that fix the problem, him knowing the statistics, even more specifically how many more people are dying in one group rather than the other....
