I know exactly what he said. Since your into finishing off quotes finish off the one you just posted from Cheney. Here I'll do it for you.

Notice how Cheney says "rate of infection" in the same sentence that he says he wasn't aware of the epidemic in regards to African American women? That would lead anyone with a brain to believe he was in fact talking about how many people have aids rather than how much more likely black women are to die from it than others.
