i knew someone who used to sell lists and would just switch the dates they were generated... havent heard of him in ages im sure it all caught up to him...
i would sell my list with a contract saying it could not be re-sold by myself etc thats the only way i would buy a list.. no need to have 200 people mailing the same list.. paymembers or not..
i have a good list of bout 1.2 - 1.4 but if someone wanted it i would only expect to do the same by not reselling the same... maybe thats just wrong with mailers now adays.. its all about fast turnaround and not thinking for the longterm..
