You are asking for the wrong thing thats why the prices are so high
What you need to ask for is the following..
1 Header
1 Footer
The rest of the site can be done by yourself.
Certain words to certain designers automatically mean that the price is high the words 'skin' and 'Vbulletin' are like the nectar of the gods to a designer.
A 'skin' is what Dollars currently has on GFY, once Dollars no longer has GFY skinned, the design goes back to a 'header' and a 'footer' the rest of the stuff is all editable in the VBUlletin template, trust me i know, ive been doing it for 4 years
