I'm not an attorney, but from what I've read, that's more a local issue than a Federal one. When you make a video like that, you may be violating Federal law. In some states (most notably in the Southeast) it can be illegal to perform certain "perverted" acts even in the privacy of your home. And the Supreme Court has supported the states' rights to do this.
