Herpes does not transmit through sperm... it's skin-skin contact... usually through an active herpes outbreak...
In studies -- 1% of cases you can catch herpes even when there are no visible signs of an outbreak... Also the majority of the population has Herpes I (oral herpes) -- most people contract it as children from their parents (kissing) -- so hypothetically if you kissed her eye and she had a weak immune system, her eye could get fucked up...
It would be virtually impossible to transmit herpes II (genital) to her eye unless you are fucking her eye-socket ;)
Oher fun and interesting facts:
Herpes allows HIV to be transmitted more easily -- the majority of people that get HIV already have genital herpes...
Herpes can't be cured -- nor is there any research being done currently that has any hope of curing it or even preventing it -- it gets into the nerves at the base of your spine (or neck for Herpes I) and does some kind of genetic mutation shit and it hides there forever...
You can have it and never show or feel any symptoms.
You could get an outbreak of herpes 10 years after you had sex (maybe longer)...
Blood testing for herpes is not reliable.
Wearing a condom does not prevent herpes -- (think about it, your balls are touching her...)
It's possible to contract genital herpes by kissing someone.

All that will make you think twice about touching anything in a public restroom -- hehe...
