You are completely wrong about myself and my company.... here you are...
1) Our terms are right on our site. Check out the posted merchant agreement. It is also stated in our admin when you login user TOS.
You can start on the signup page and click "Signup".
2) Everyone knows that high risk merchants are at risk for potential chargebacks of they do not play by the rules or use a crappy gateway that allows too much fraud. If they make their settings too loose, they get high fraud, too tight and they lose sales as well. We give them the choice and our recommedations as well. We spend mucho time educating our merchants as it is in our best intertest to keep them around. Our attrition rate is less than 5% per year.
3) If you run your biz properly, you should not eever have a merchant account problem. It is the morons that decieve customers and do not promise what they offer, and do not provide proper customer service, and spam that lose their merchant accounts typically.
4) I am the President, not the CEO. My Sales team is doing exactly that... Sales. I am the one thats likes to participate on the boards.
5) My sales reps are not paid commision.
6) Ask our merchants what they think of us. You will see praises almost always.
(7) You stated in an other rude post that if we could get you a merchant account for under a grand, you would take 2.... Well step up as you stated you would or step out. We can set you up no problem, unless you have been terminated or bankrupt or live in Malaysia.
We do not need people like you with only negative things to say. Participate in the conversation in a positive manner or you are not welcome on any board or thread... guaranteed.
Merchants deserve to know all of the options, not just the ones that you think are good.
