as of current, I think they are legal (in terms of the CP thing), however that depends HEAVILY on how they sell memberships, etc. many of those under 18 sites rely on the fact that they're "art" and I have a feeling with as much as they're coming unders scrutiny they'll be jailed within a couple years.

Other sites ... like crushphoto.com ... I don't even know how they get away with it .... because that is clearly a porno paysite.

either way, I wouldn't promote shit like that because they're shady as hell
