I have been incorporated in nevada since 1998, using the same accountant there since then also.
If you want to incorporate in nevada and need an accountant to get you setup there shoot me an email and I will give you his phone number and such.
If your looking for something cheap then do not email about it, the guy is not cheap, but he is very good.
