Has this ever happened to you? Your watching tv "hopefully by yourself", somethings happening in a movie whether it be funny, sad, weird or odd, somehow you look over and catch your expression in a mirror and it scares you??

I did that tonight. I was grinning with my mouth open and my eyes looked really crazy like I was enjoying plucking someones fingernails off with pliers!
