Okay, instead of insulting you and calling you a girl ;), I'll tell you what I use to make all my graphics.
Adobe Photoshop. Simply the best. Better then all the rest. If you have a closeup facial and the girl is looking into the camera, you can alter the color of their eyes and everything. I would marry Photoshop if it was legal
