Most of them started doing business well past May 1999, so they all could be under the targets of Xpays' patent.
A poster put up earlier some mainstream companies that they felt were prior art... if there is prior art, then the patent should be invalidated. If there is no prior art, then the patent holds up to the USPTO's awarding of the patent.
Any patent holder should welcome prior art scrutiny.. of course Acacia said this, and they got what they asked for.. lots of prior art....
