I was on that for a couple years in college, it helped get me out of the daily drunkard routine. I definitely had symptoms coming off of it, but they weren't unbearable, just very inconvenient. I went to Zoloft after Paxil and it was better, with fewer side effects.
You know if you find a way to get some strenous exercise on a regular basis, it'll do wonders for your anxiety condition. I recommend signing up for a BJJ class, or maybe Yoga. Anything that you really like that's also really difficult and will get you moving around and working.
