My wife and I recently went on a cruise on Holland America in Europe, booked the Penthouse Suite ($26,990) for 14 days.

They shrunk my damn tux, 4 pairs of pants got lost, the toilet in the guest bath overflowed.. the bathtub spout yellow water (the engineer said it was oxygenated water (do I look that fucking dumb). They fucked up most of the shore excursions, and our damn steward ripped off my CD collection.

And what's even worse.. when ever we asked for something to get fixed.. addressed.. returned... we got the ol' "We no speak English". When we finally found someone with an ounce of authority.. they said that "Americans Complain to much.. and that none of the other passengers seem to have a problem.

When we got back, we complained to some SVP at HAL...

They sent us a FRUIT OF THE MONTH subscription.

Anyway.. Holland America sucks.
