Actually, I am a happy webair customer. I'm just specifically pissed about the stats issue.
Everything else is top-notch. And, when I do use live support or a phone call, they get updated almost immediately. It just kinda sucks to have to call to do something as routine as look at yesterdays or last weeks web server stats.
