As a russian jew, my parents brought me here (US) when i was very young. They came here in search of a better life. Maybe i was just too young to understand what was going on around me, but I remember a few times I came home from school asking my parents what certain words ment, and i also remember the looks on my parents face when they had to explain to me that words i was asking them to define were antisemitic terms that the other kids were calling me. But i spent the last 13-14 years living in NYC (i'm 20 now) and its all gravy baby

, From living the majority of my life here, i can honestly say i dont wanna go back.

. But I still think its funny how the olympics bring out all this heat between people. =) specially hockey, considering that most of the russian players play for US teams and (i'm not certain about this) i think a majority of the canadian players also play for US teams.
