The "American Al Qaeda" tape was a classic Karl Rove wag the dog. I suspect over time, if Bush is not relected the truth will come out.
I am not sure what you think was false about the Bin Laden tape, I think he really want's BUsh relected to continue to isolate the US from the rest of the world.
