By using weight gainer supplements and peanut butter, the ice cream is the least of the bits that'll put weight on you. You must have a screamingly high metabolism, because a shake like you're describing will have between 1,000-2,5000 calories, depending on how much peanut butter you use and how much as well as what type of weight gainer you use. If you can hang with that and not get fat, good on ya, but I would get fat if I even thought about drinking that concoction.
