Uhmmmmm... guess again.

He doesn't want to eliminate overtime work, just overtime pay. Which means those employees would be working the same number of hours they are now for far less money.

In fact it would then make sense for your company to get rid of more workers and force those remaining to work more overtime, that way they pay less in benefits overall.

Still sound like a good move?
