ROFL I didn't notice that. Giving them American names sounds like slavery. Their "slave name."
OMG the scripts... they recite like 4 pages of canned crap to you in 25 seconds and none of it pertains to what you called for. Then they put you on hold while they ask someone who actually speaks fluent English and when all else fails, they transfer you to a US call center, where you have to wait at least 18 minutes for your call to be answered.
Oh, when you want to pay a bill over the phone you ALWAYS get a US based, clear English speaking person on the phone and your call is answered instantly.
