If you are really concerned then You should have an independent attorney analyze this problem.

Here are a couple of things to think through which might help guide your decision whether to take action or not:

-Did you authorize the use of your domain name?
-If so, did the end user agree to specific terms and conditions, and did those conditions restrict the method by which your site could be displayed and/or linked?
-Was this type of display specifically prohibited?
-Will it cost more to sue than you will get in return if you win damages to compensate you for your loss?
-Do you think you could work out something with the offending party that would be to your mutual benefit instead?

I hope that helps a little. Talk to an independent attorney to think things through more before you decide how to proceed.
