Most proposed and existing laws regarding UCE require the subject line to identify the content as "Adult".

Your mailings do no such thing, in fact most of them try and deceive the surfer into believing its an "old friend saying hi" or that its a "past due notice". I also dont believe i've ever found an anonymous remove or any personally identifiable information in any of your mailers.

While i WILL be the first to stand up and say that the misconception that UCE is illegal is 100% wrong and that if used properly and with a code of ethics that email is extremely valuable as a marketing tool..... I will never condone the kinds of practices that continually convince children and elderly people to open emails that they believe to be legitimate non-adult forms of communication.
