If you're in the states, go to
www.ip-relay.com click on call now, when it loads, type the following:
nbr ga
- instead of that number put the phone number you want to dial
- the ga stands for 'go ahead'
- the operator dials the number and says anything you type after that
- when you're done with every sentence type 'ga' the operator lets the other person reply
- free of charge and YES.. the operator says anything you type
