any ideas why I cannot load my austrian paypal account with credit card? This is what I was told by their support:

"At this time, PayPal does not have the capabilities to add funds to your
PayPal Account from your local bank account and credit card. You can
only withdraw funds from your PayPal Account to your local Bank Account.

We will continue to expand our bank transfer capabilities in the future,
but due to the complexities of global finance we cannot give a timetable
for this possible expansion. PayPal is constantly working to improve our
product and services for our customers. Please continue to watch our
website for future changes and updates to our service.
