There seems to have been a lot of missed shots for two guys that probably consider themselves to be good hunters.
A surviving victim says Vang(the shooter) shot first but missed.
Vang says one of the victums shot first and missed.
New details about Vang began to emerge Tuesday.
Military records obtained by The Associated Press show he spent six years in the California National Guard and earned a sharpshooter qualification badge. But his primary role during his time in the Guard, from 1989-95, involved clerical duties.
So the sharp shooter missed but only on the first shot and the victim retuned fire but missed and was only able to get off one shot.
So Vang must have shot the other shooter on the very next shot to prevent him from firing another shot.
So the victim did manage to get his gun up in postion to fire once in between the time it took Vang, who already had his gun up, to pull the trigger again.
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!
Then again maybe somebody just got all "full of themselves" after running somebody off the property and once it was clear that the guy was surely leaving decided to add a little emphasis with a parting warning shot that was never intened to hit anyone.
But maybe someone didn't know that was a warning shot and immediately turned and, using some stupid sharpshooter skills, busted a cap in someone's ass so they couldn't fire a second shot.
Nahhhhhhh! That couldn't happened; they're both just crappy shooters.
