Backlinks can be found through a search for "pages containing domain.com" but NOT through "link:domain.com", since domains have been offline for some months

You could use these to inject a new project with up to 200 fresh domains (~100 links per PR4 domain) with PR, and get them spidered and included in the search engines, without having to link them from any of your existing projects
