epassporte sucks
Ok This happened to me with my epassporte account:
3 weeks ago I moved $500 from my credit card to my epassporte account. I sent that money to a person which I owed the respective amount of money. The next day I loged in my epassporte account and noticed teh account was blocked, at the same time I received an email which says I had to send some scanned documents, to verify my credit card. Great, I sent the documents, a week past and my account was in the same status, blocked, so I decided to email the account verification department to knows if there's a problem. They told me that documents was received and are being procesed. Fine, 2 more weeks past and the account still blocked, I emailed again the verification department and no answer. 3 weeks and account still in blocked status. I remember paypal took 2 days to verified my credit card information, comparing that with 3 weeks without a solution, I can conclude that their service sucks, it's amazing these people do this to their clients, if they are new with the verification deparment they must be a little flexible meanwhile they refine their methods. Anybody else had a similar problem with them?
