I'm not sure what you could charge for a single game. $25 a month is hardly worth your time.
The features you need to include are a high score system, a game play tracking system and prizes for top scores.
Did you plan in using stills or video? Stills need to updated monthy.
How do you plan to gather you content.
Do you plan on hosting the games?
What's niche is your game going to be? Niches are what sell Cater to those people and you will have more luck
