Or you could unplug the power lead and see if that helps any... LOL... [Ghosts are pretty stupid, they often forget to check the outlet for cords being plugged in <img src="http://bbs.gofuckyourself.net/board/biggrin.gif">]

It may actually <b>NOT</b> be a power fluctuation to the power supply, but <b>RATHER</b> the minute power fluctuations that happen with the phone lines at times...
Most motherboards these days have an option in the CMOS for WAKEUP on Modem/Phone Ring etc... Well this fluctuation in the phone line,(sometimes you may even hear a slight "tink" sound from your phone, expect it to then ring and it doesn't, this was a fluctuation

) may be enough to have your CMOS think that the phone rang and thus wake up your computer
