I'm not sure of all the tech talk to explain this but maybe this is the problem. There is a remote wake on lan feature that most computers have that allow your computer to be turned on/off etc from a remote location...maybe u can disable this in the bios and see if that helps...i highly doubt someone has hacked into your computer and is turning it on manually every now and then but shit you just never know...just a thought...
