Actually all those words are useless until them combined to a good phrase.
For example:
"iBill send me a refund letter, with reason - 'Invalid customer info'. I switch off refunded user and send him a mail about it. He replyed using some words above (actually he wants to say that he didn't do any refund). I answer him to try again... but iBill decline his credit card... but I know well that this guy from USA is very good webmaster and he never cheats... After all he signup again using secondary billing company and problems gone..."
What should I say about iBill?
