Designer protein is shit. It's concentrate, the cheapest protein available. Isolate is the way to go if you're serious about gaining mass. And 5x a week, for a highly metabolic person, is too much. The more you work out the more calories you burn. For a highly metabolic peson it's best to go 3 times a week; back & bis, chest and tris, and legs.
