This reminds me of some moron a few years ago saying the same shit. That his 9 year old kid did it and that he was a congressman. I don't have the first email that was sent from him but I replied that it would be pursued if he tried to do a chargeback. Here was his response and then mine:
Your company may pursue, what it wish's, if this is not resolve immediately, I will pursue it with my full power as Congressman, and I don't thing you want that or DOS your firm need this negative publicity

My response:
Mr. Szayevicz,
I just spoke to agent Mark Sullivan with the FBI and, my friend, you are
no congressman. I was also informed by him that it is a Federal Offense to
claim to be a Government Official when in fact you are not. He wants me to
forward the email you sent us but I will hold off on this for now. Also,
you are claiming that your 9 year old kid created your account, do you
really think we are that stupid? You should also know using a credit card
and then denying using it is credit card fraud. It appears that nothing
you say is true, therefore if you continue to make threats and false
claims about your role in this we will also continue to pursue things on
this end. So, what do you want to do?
His response:
You have chose for me to take this mater in my hand's. So I will.
I am a Retired, Congressmen, and I assure you this will be take care off
at your cost, and embarrassment to your company. I will no longer reply to
you The US ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE will contact you.
Nothing ever happened.
