Day old chick. Basically, they wait for the chick to hatch and dip it in boiling oil until the 'chick feathers' are burned off and the skin is tasty... kinda like a mini-fried chicken.
I haven't tried it... nor plan on doing so anytime soon

Sounds like it would taste good. I will try the KFC down the street , do you think they sell it there ?
