hehe - you didn't read too closely.
That was on Saturday, a week after he promised me a refund, but said he had to wait a week to do it - no money in paypal, doesn't own a credit card, etc. When I come back and remind him, he has more excuses about why he can't do the refund. Then he wants me to wait again. I gave him until COB monday.
On monday, no refund. No reply to e-mails, nothing.
