Again, how long ago was this? The issues people are having with him are fairly recent. There was a time when everyone talked about their positive experiences with Perfection Jeff and that all the complaints against him must not be legit, until it became obvious that he was no longer conducting business in the manner he used to when the amount of people that came forward became overwhelming.
