That's not a bad thing to achieve...
The better Your mind works, the higher revenues You can acheive as a self-employed..
About the schedule there:
I've been through the exact same issues and I'm pretty sure it's due to either sugar or caffeine (coke/coffee)..
maybe both fucks it up.
Try to take those things out, isolate the reasons.
