I agree, but that is an entirely different argument altogether. I was merely pointing out that "Steroids aren't going to go away" is not a logically valid argument for legalizing them.

But right now, they are limited by the possibility of detection. Take that possibility away, and steroid use will increase immensely, making the gap between those who use and those who don't far wider.

But aside from that, what is preventing you from starting your own leagues where there is no testing for steroids? As a libertarian, it's a bit strange to criticize the decisions of organizations when you have the choice to just create competing organizations. Just let the free market do its job
